Application for Free and Reduced Meals

     You have a few options for how to file the application for free and reduced school meals.

1 – Print the form, fill it out by hand, and mail or deliver to the student’s school secretary.

or

2- Fill in the blanks using a computer, print the completed form, mail or deliver the form to the student’s school secretary.

or

3 – Download the pdf, fill in the blanks using a computer, save the pdf,  then email the saved pdf to tammy.freeman@byngschools.org
